Analytics Engineer/ Data Analyst - Your Mission:

Join our exceptional Data team as an Analytics Engineer/ Digital Data Analyst and embark on a journey to leverage data for transformative insights. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the migration of customers from one platform to another, particularly focusing on the Journey Orchestrator. This automated system ensures precise messaging to our customers, requiring maintenance, development, and rigorous testing of Spark models. Additionally, you'll lead a Proof of Concept (POC) to translate PySpark models into dbt SQL, assessing its feasibility for adoption.

Analytics Engineer/ Data Analyst - Your To-Do List Will Include:

• Conducting analysis to optimize migration processes.
• Innovating creative solutions to enhance migration efficiency.
• Spearheading dbt POC for migration transition.
• Proactively monitoring and addressing bugs.
• Continuously maintaining and developing features for the Journey Orchestrator.
• Implementing unit tests to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting the Product Owner in data-driven decision-making.

Analytics Engineer/ Data Analyst - What We're Looking For:

We seek individuals with at least three years of data analyst and/or data engineer experience, prioritizing practical skills over formal education. Proficiency in SparkSQL, PySpark, DBT and solid SQL and Python skills are essential, along with familiarity with version control systems like git. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are vital in our small team environment. Experience with data pipelines, visualization tools, orchestrator tools, and automation tools is advantageous.
