NB: For this position we are only considering candidates already located inside of the Netherlands and have had experience in the Dutch market. We cannot provide relocation.

My client is looking for a Manager to lead a dynamic team of data engineers and analysts, drive innovation and shape the future of data in their organization. You will be playing a critical role in designing and implementing their long term data strategy, inspire and mentor a team of 25 - 30 data professionals to deliver fast solutions and stay on top of the newest technologies. You will focus on expanding the data platform while ensuring real-time compliance and top quality data governance, contributing to the growth of their customer base and stakeholder network.

Main expectations for the role are:

• 6+ years' experience in Data and platform engineering, preferably in Azure cloud environment
• 3+ years of leading diverse teams, motivating and helping them align with the company's strategic vision
• All rounded knowledge in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Business and Data Analysis
• Hands on expertise with large data sets and real time transactions
• Visionary that can foster a culture of engineering excellence
• Strategic thinker able to drive data driven business results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
