Your role as Team Lead...
As our first Team Lead for the Front-End team, you will be a key person as we now scale out to more and more children and teachers. You work with, among other things
* Support and develop your team
* Refine and develop existing working methods and development processes
* Plan projects with reasonable time estimates
* Dig in and develop yourself where you want to contribute
* Recruit new team members as you go
You continuously collaborate with Product, Ux, and DevOps to ensure that good, well-built products reach our users.
Who are you?
You have a few years of experience in leading development teams, and like working together with the team to make workflows constantly smoother and better. Your main task is to lead and develop your team, but you can dive in and code yourself when the time is right. You have, just like us, a strong drive to be able to participate and contribute with benefit to teachers, students, and children all over Sweden.
In addition, we would like you to have:
* A few years of experience in leading development teams
* 5+ years of development experience with FE technologies such as ReactJS, React Native, and JavaScript
* Used to leading development projects
* Experience in organizing backlogs in e.g. Jira
* Fluent in Swedish and good in English - in speech and writing
