A leading Pharmaceutical company in Neuchatel is hiring for a QA Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is integral to the Quality department, focusing on maintaining high standards of Quality Assurance throughout manufacturing and product release processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the QA representative for routine GMP activities and projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Production Unit Team, Quality Control laboratories, Warehouse, and Engineering/Maintenance.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of information within systems and documentation.
  • Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Manage Release activities, including updating Release planning and overseeing archiving activities.
  • Lead or approve deviations according to standard procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and evaluate internal change requests or interfacility changes (IFCAs).
  • Execute company guidelines and Regulatory cGMP requirements.
  • Provide support for regulatory agency inspections, internal audits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Review batch records and ensure timely transmissions to respective departments.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a GMP environment within biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in aseptic filling and knowledge of isolator technology is advantageous.
  • Exemplify Takeda Values of Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, and Perseverance.
  • Good knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH regulations, Pharmacopeias, and Quality system standards.
  • Experience in auditing and inspection against regulatory/Quality standards.
  • Familiarity with Quality tools such as Trackwise.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Solution-focused, excellent listener, clear communicator.
  • Organized with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent in French; proficient in written and spoken English.
