Process control engineers needed!

As a Process control Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to oversee and regulate chemical processes. Collaborating closely with process engineers and operators, you'll optimize plant operations, ensure product quality, and uphold a safe and efficient production environment.


  • Define control objectives, develop and execute control strategies, fine-tune controllers, grasp process dynamics, and devise control loop diagrams accordingly.
  • Assess and refine control loop diagrams through dynamic simulations to obtain controlled variable profiles.
  • Choose and configure control equipment, including PLCs, DCSs, and relevant instrumentation, while also crafting and testing control algorithms and software.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant MSc degree in electrical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Located in Sweden or a Nordic country already
  • Possess specialization in process control engineering with hands-on experience in crafting process control principles and methodologies like feedback control and instrumentation.
  • Proficient in control system hardware and software, including PLCs, DCS, and SCADA, with a robust background in designing and optimizing control loops using tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and AspenTech.
  • Familiarity with producing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using AutoCAD or similar software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of pertinent codes and standards, such as ISA standards, is expected.
  • Experience with Safety Integrity Level (SIL) system for risk management is a desirable asset.
